*NB* Oooh, while I'm here, if you enjoy the show (I guess you wouldn't have scrolled all the way down here otherwise), don't mind missing out on your Saturday evening, and would like to witness the not entirely incredible Xfm studio and office in all it's shabby glory, then drop an email to jon@xfm.co.uk with WORK EXPERIENCE in the subject line, and include a bit of info about yourself (previous experience; current college or uni course/job; tea-making method etc etc).
Obviously I can't pay anything, and the jobs will be pretty basic/easy/untaxing, but it's all CV fodder at the end of the day...
